What's covered
If a deliverable doesn't behave as specified in the proposal — a workflow drops records it should process, an integration doesn't map fields as designed, a document type in scope fails — we fix it at no charge.
What's not covered
- Changes to scope or new requirements (handled as change requests)
- Breakage caused by third parties after handover — e.g. an upstream platform changing its API, or credentials being rotated without updating the workflow
- Issues arising from changes your team makes to the delivered system
Those situations are all fixable — they're just support work rather than warranty work, covered under a support plan or billed hours.
