How we communicate during a project

Last updated July 2, 2026

You deal directly with the people doing the work — no account-manager relay.

Cadence

Every project has a regular check-in rhythm agreed at kickoff — typically a short weekly call plus asynchronous updates as milestones progress. You'll always know what was done, what's next, and whether anything is blocking us.

Channels

We fit into how you already work — email, phone, or your team's chat tools. For anything urgent mid-project, you have a direct line to the team, not a ticket queue.

Decisions and sign-off

Scope decisions are made against the proposal. When something new comes up mid-project (it always does), we'll tell you what it means for timeline and cost before doing the work — see Scope changes and change requests.
