Projects move at the speed of access. Here's what we'll ask for at kickoff:
People
- A decision-maker who can approve scope and sign off milestones
- The people who run the processes we're automating — they know where the bodies are buried, and 30 minutes with them is worth days of guesswork
Access
- Accounts for the systems in scope (CRMs, email, practice management, ERPs, etc.), provisioned with the least privilege needed for the work
- A technical contact if your IT team manages system access
We work within your security environment: our team uses multi-factor authentication on everything, access is role-based, and permissions are reviewed throughout the engagement and revoked the moment they're no longer needed.
Information
- Sample documents and real examples of the work being automated (the messy ones are the most useful)
- Any compliance or data-handling requirements we should design around — we'll ask about data residency and classification during project inception
Paperwork
We sign NDAs and confidentiality agreements before the engagement commences, and projects begin once the deposit is paid.
