How an engagement works, start to finish

Every engagement follows the same six stages. The scale changes with the project; the shape doesn't.

2. Identify opportunities

From the audit, we determine which tasks can be automated to maximise impact — weighing business impact, cost savings and efficiency improvements. We'll tell you upfront if the numbers don't stack up.

3. Design workflows

We create detailed process maps and step-by-step guides, documenting key decision points and data inputs before anything gets built.

4. Implementation

We select the right automation tools and software for the job, integrate with your existing systems, and tailor workflows to your business. We're platform-agnostic — n8n, Make, RPA bots, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, plus 800+ app integrations.

5. Quality assurance

Rigorous testing against your real documents and edge cases, with adjustments based on performance data and feedback, before anything goes live.

6. Support and maintenance

Our involvement doesn't end at go-live. Delivered work carries a 30-day defect warranty, and ongoing maintenance, updates and training are available under a support plan.
