Who owns the deliverables and IP?

Last updated July 2, 2026

The workflows, automations, integrations and documentation we build for your engagement are yours. You're not renting your own processes back from us.

The specifics

  • Ownership and licensing terms are confirmed in each proposal, so your legal team has it in writing
  • Deliverables run on infrastructure and platforms you control (or that we set up in your name) — if we part ways, your automations keep running
  • Where a solution uses third-party platforms (n8n, Azure, OpenAI and so on), those platforms' own licence terms apply to the platform itself, not to what we built on it
  • We retain our pre-existing tools, know-how and methods — the things we bring to every engagement

Why it matters

Vendor lock-in is one of the quiet costs of automation done badly. Our job is to leave you with systems your team can run, understand and extend — with documentation and training to match.
