Step 1

Create Your Webinar in Demio

Log into Demio and create a new event. Choose the event type: live, automated, or hybrid. Set the date, time, and registration page details. Customise the registration page with your branding, a description of the webinar topic, and any custom registration fields you need (company size, role, etc.).

Step 2

Set Up Registration Webhook or Integration

In Demio's integration settings, connect your CRM or set up a webhook URL pointing to an n8n workflow. When someone registers, Demio will send their details (name, email, custom fields) to your endpoint. Use this to create or update a contact in your CRM and tag them as a webinar registrant.

Step 3

Configure Engagement Features

In the Demio event editor, set up your in-webinar engagement tools: polls, CTAs (call-to-action buttons), handouts (downloadable files), and featured actions.
