How pricing and payment work

Last updated July 2, 2026

We keep the commercial side as predictable as the delivery side.

Projects

Most projects are priced and invoiced against milestones defined in the proposal, so payments track delivered work. A deposit is required before a project commences — we don't start work on a handshake, which protects both sides.

Retainers

Retainer clients pay upfront for hours, which are then drawn down as work is delivered. This suits ongoing optimisation, support and continuous-improvement arrangements where a fixed scope doesn't fit.

Services

Recurring services such as hosting are billed in advance.

Payment terms

Invoices are payable within 7 days. All pricing is quoted in Australian dollars, and GST applies — Osher Digital (Unlimited 4 Pty Ltd) is GST-registered.

The exact milestone schedule, deposit amount and any service fees are set out in each proposal before you commit to anything.
